Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are too busy working on your sites or developing your web apps, you rarely have time to check what is happening with the virtual server – whether it’s overloading or whether all the services are running just fine. With our Managed Services package, we’ll take care of that on your behalf. Your VPS will be included in the custom server monitoring system and the second there is a trace of a problem, our system administrators will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is crucial – one never knows when something can go wrong. And with the Managed Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies will be stored on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard drives. Thus your content will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software programs on it. And if this sounds like something way too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Managed Services offer, is definitely the most suitable thing for you. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our practiced server admins who will install and set–up any software app or rectify any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an additional feature.
